Music: Composed, performed and recorded by Gerrit The following is a demonstration of what someone with an extremely debilitating fear of heights can do once regularly confronted with that fear to the point that free soloing is a possibility. I haven't conquered my fear as I'm TERRIFIED every time I climb with or without a rope but rather am familiar and more comfortable with the fear through regularly confronting it. In fact, the S&M Chronicles features a climb on Nevermind Wall - Steep Street 5.11a that back in the day I used to solo every time I went to Exit 38 as a warm up but now have burned off every bit of that strength from heavy cycling. The goal this year is to try and balance massive cardio training while building and maintaining muscle strength.
